EXACTLY! They put a great thing in Madden NFL 12 and ripped it right from us in Madden NFL 13 and 25.

I do not care about building XP. Give us power...don't take it away.

All I want is
-a coaching staff of an OC, DC, STC, and HC that I can fire at any point
-in - depth injury system (probable, questionable)
-realistic preseason roster management (90 man cut down)
-practice squad
-full editing of players.
Not too much, practically
everything we've had before aside from the practice squad. Doable, honestly.
