So the right foot is the correct one? What if your stronger leg is your left and you push off better with it? What's the benefit of the right foot?

It did last year. OVRs were lower at the beginning of the season because Production ratings were usually lowered from the previous season.

If I'm remembering correctly a WRs lead foot is usually determined by the side of the formation they line up on. So the lead foot will be the side closest to the center of the formation. To put it simply if your on the left side your right foot should be forward and on the right your left foot should be the lead foot. I believe it's something to do with the techniques WRs are tough by Coaches.

At least that what I think its suppose to be, I could be completely wrong, since I'm a Defensive guy, usually Corner or Safety lol.

LMFAO hahhaa ...for whoever was wondering what the head tap means, usually its a signal to the QB that the player heard/saw/got the check at the LOS.

Now if a player is tapping his helmet after a play its usually a signal that he wants to come out of the game for a play to catch his breathe or maybe he got dinged on the last play.

2 head taps 2 different meanings

This is correct although I have no idea what difference it makes which foot is back or not. Here is a very picky article detailing the way a coach wants his WR to stand. If someone could explain the advantage to having your inside foot up instead of back it would be appreciated. Sometimes I think coaches overthink things.http://smartfootball.com/passing/wha....l1a7nEp6.dpbs

Didn't read that article, but what I remember from my D3 days was it was mostly about route timing and consistency on both sides of the ball, especially in the 3 step game.

With the inside foot up, a slant on either side of the ball has your outside (plant) foot hitting the turf on your 3rd step regardless of which side of the ball you are on. Keeping a dominant foot forward turns a slant into a 2 or 4 step route on one side of the ball potentially throwing off timing between the receiver and the quarterback.

I imagine there are likely some advantages to release technique as well.
