Is Madden 15 Using the Same Scanning Technology from NBA Live 15?

The images from the NBA Live 15 video was really impressive, and I was wondering if they're using the same tech in Madden 15?

You can't be too sure about if it's the same tech, but since both games are EA Sports products, you gotta think the tech is probably related.

Remember when the XBox One was about to come out, and there was that partnership between EA and MS? I thought for sure it was Kinect compatibility with motion capture. I dont know why, but I was absolutely convinced we were going to be able to record our own TD celebrations... after all that hype for the Kinect and the tech demos where it translates your body into a virtual character... What did that partnership end up being about?

It's manifested itself into the $399 Xbox One w/ Madden 15 bundle

The NBA Live 15 videos did look pretty damn amazing. Personally I'd say they look evenbetter than 2K. But, of course, even if it does look that great (if it's actually released), if it still plays like poop, the amazing graphics won't matter.

Yeah, when they can start scanning players' body mechanics, then I'll be impressed.

Honestly those facial scans aren't that impressive. I guess because I've been playing nba 2k

The main thing Live does better Scanning wise is that they Scan Player Jerseys/Accessories to get every little detail right about uniforms. Wish Madden used that.
