I would like to give some advice to anyone taking advantage of this order: make sure you allow plenty of time, and don't try to do it while in a hurry. I have never ordered from Best Buy, and it probably took about 5 minutes to set up a My Best Buy Rewards Account, but I probably spent 30 minutes in the store because none of the employees knew what to do. I would definitely do it again since it is such a good deal, but make sure to allow plenty of time.

I also spent 30 minutes in the store today. They ended up giving me a $10 gift card and applying that to the PS4 version. I traded in PS3 M25 and paid a hair under $40 for PS4 M15.

Someone should have a MOD update the title of this thread to read "8/10-8/23" since the deal actually goes to the 23rd not the 16th.

It's not that surprising that they didn't know about it, but just tell them to go online and look at the video games section in the weekly deals part.

They should have copies of the weekly ad in-store. The service rep I dealt had one and even though she had it in-hand she still couldn't figure out how to make everything work. They pretty much fudged the process so I could get my $25.

The fine print at the bottom wasn't helpful to the employees and the computer system they were trying to manage didn't seem to cooperate.
