Madden 15 - Online Communities

All I want to do is create an online "league" with 3 of my friends, have the current rosters, and have our stats saved (wins, losses, games played vs each other, etc.). I tried making a connected franchise in Madden 25 "Next Gen" (current gen) but it was too complicated. On Madden 25 Last Gen (ps3), we were able to have our community like I wanted but for some reason EA took it away on the "Next Gen" version.

Will there online communities in Madden 15? If not, whats the easiest way to make the "league" that I described by using Connected Franchise?

Honestly, I'm not into online. I get some people like it, and I'm sure there ARE some really good SIM leagues out there. Realisticly... probably only a few. But as much crying there has been about people cheating with Draft Classes it really shows how most leagues are cheese anyway. I think it would be very difficult to find 31 like minded people to REALLY enjoy the experience together.
I'll stick with offline, and play how I want WHEN I want.
