I bought an xbox one copy and he sent mine out today. Scheduled to arrive tomorrow morning. Hopefully he didn't screw you. He didn't send me an email to confirm or anything I just got a notification that my package was shipped and when I checked the tracking it estimated its arrival for tomorrow
