That's because the PS4 has a better APU (by way of GDDR5) which helps in the demanding anti-aliasing department. AA is what will smooth those rough edges out for you.

I own Madden 25 on both x1 and PS4. They look identical and play identical.

I have not played since I am waiting to start my 6 hours on Monday afternoon to take me into Midnight release

But the streams I have seen show the black crush gone in Madden 15 on xb1

I am confident that parity will be reached between both

I will also get both versions as well since I do this every year due to friends and online play

I disagree. I own Madden 25 for the PS4 and downloaded it for X1 through EA Access. I set up the same exact game and switched inputs from system to system, and the PS4 looked noticeably brighter and better. Played the same IMO, but the graphics definitely popped more on PS4.

M15 looks great on XB1 this year...M25 looked awful on both consoles last year

I was one of the biggest critics of Madden 25 Xbox One graphics versus PS4 last year. The PS4 looked really good, the X1 looked terrible...nearly a 360 game IMO.

I've not yet played the PS4 Madden 15 but I just played The Xbox One version and it looks fantastic....a huge huge huge improvement from Madden 25. I anticipate this year both systems will probably be pretty much the same..

And I read on Reddit I thin that EA used the SDK XB1 Update reserved for Kinect and just used the voice commands which helped improve fidelity
