CFM Coach Question

Does anybody know if we choose to play as a new coach instead of being the owner meaning make our self the coach of the team and fire the current coach does the coach still wear a head set?

I have been really annoyed the last couple of years that the coaches didnt wear headsets in the game but i saw this year they were back so i was curious to the know the answer.

i have been looking for any videos on creating a coach but havent see any
