Can you hire and fire your coordinators and training staff?

Upon starting your cfm, was there a free agent bid process or was it like last year where it was a first come first serve free for all?

Does it feel like pistol runs are overpowered versus other runs? Specifically the push the offensive line gets? Last year seemed like pistol runs got way better push than other formations, making the dive and off tackle runs really effective. Same question for shotgun inside zone runs.

Are tight ends still getting ridiculous separation from defenders in man coverage? Specifically where the defender has high MCV versus a lower route running TE?

Is there any sort of Online Team Play? Can you go invite friends to a 6 player session?

Trying find this out before I pick it up. Can someone check if you can do a 2 player cfm with two different teams rookie players? See if when the two user controlled teams play if both can play in that game? Thanks
Last year when me and my brothers teams play only one of us could play that game.
