CFM and open stadiums Question..?

Anyone thats playing CFM. When you play in a stadium that has an option to open the roof, can we now open the roof or is it still closed automatically?

I hate playing with the Texans and Colts and roof is always closed and AZ..
Also when you relocate teams some of those stadiums had open roofs but it would always be closed....


While I'm at it heres another question... In M25 whenever you relocated a team you only had the option of wearing all black or all white shoes has this been fixed too?
