I haven't played Madden in a while, but did like the idea of that 2K game where you drafted hall of famers, etc. Is Ultimate Team a fun experience (subjective question of course)? Thanks.

Yes if you get into MUT it's fun. you don't need to spend money to enjoy it, just grind out the solo challenges, they give out a lot of coins this year. Personally I really enjoy it, and a lot of others do too. Give it a try! It's completely free
