What about media interactions? Do you get more with the owner then the coach? I was a coach on 25 and was surprised at the lack of media interaction like answering questions.

Only reason I see being an owner is if you want to relocate a team. And after that I'd create a new character that was a coach to avoid the no money for signings crud.

I havent noticed any that changed since last year but really wasn't paying attention to them. Think this is a feature that has potential but needs a major overhaul/update.

Can it be easily fixed by cutting payroll?

If that's true, then it's another thing that is broken.
No, this is not completely true. You still have the CAP and can't go over it, it's just you need CASH to pay the bonus money since it's upfront. It's totally realistic, the problem is starting an owner starts you with too little money. The rest of it's fine

It should be if you use an exisiting owner you start with whatever the real life owner has. But if you create an owner you start with very little as you basically just bought the team and all your assets would be currently tied up.

Anyone who buys an NFL team has more than 3-7 million in free funds to spend. Cmon now.

Not only that, but they would have access to loans and sponsorships and so many lines of credit that we could never imagine of. People would be lining up to throw money at them.

Bonus money should never be an issue with owners.
