I still have Madden 25 for the ps4 - is 15 better?

The question is so broad that it's impossible to answer. You are the best judge for your own preferences. Try renting the game or watching vids/streams online.

It honestly depends on what you enjoy about Madden 25.

IMO Madden 15 is a very very good title ( i thought madden 25 on ps4 was unplayable) and a definite step in the right direction by EA. The game speed seems to be toned down and players feel like they have more weight so you can really appreciate the best athletes. the field seems to be slightly wider so you can really feel like your in space. QB accuracy matters. Moving most stick commands back to the face buttons is a step back in terms of gaming but a step forward for responsiveness it's so gratifying seeing a DT finally make a power move!! And most importantly menu features and sliders work! When you turn off Ball Hawk it's actually off! I like Madden 15 because I can see how the dev team is trying to slow down cheesing and promote football strategy. The game is not perfect and there is still a fair amount of bugs. But it's been a very refreshing experience for me so far.

Not a knock on anyone's play style but if you enjoy running the same series of plays over and over because of faulty AI you prolly won't like Madden 15.

If they can fix the loading screen freeze issue when trying to start a weekly game, and can fix the sim stat issue then yes Madden 15 blows away Madden 25.

If they don't fix these two glaring bugs, then no it's not better.
