How do you find out what a player's potential is?

I've looked and looked and just can't find it.

Potential has been removed from the game...at least visually. I don't know if it is now a hidden rating.

Are you talking about the development trait? This is a little different than potential as development just shows how quick the player with gain xp

In M25 you could find it while spending XP since you could upgrade it with 25K XP. Just go in like you're going to spend XP on the player and scroll down to development.

When upgrading a player, you have to click R1 (for PS4 anyways, I guess itd be RT or RB for Xbox) to go to Traits. Development is one of the first ones available and costs 15000 I believe.
