Cross platform saves?

I'm sure this has been answered before, but I am going to buy a PS4 this weekend and I am wondering if I can carry over my MLB The Show and Madden franchises from PS3?

I've invested alot of time in my MLB franchise with the Cubs and I would hate to restart or flat give up on the game itself. The Madden franchise is no big deal.

I know for fact that you can't with Madden and I'm almost positive you can't for MLB either. Might have to venture to that board to find out.

You can with MLB. Make sure to upload your saves to the cloud through the PS3 version so you can download them on PS4. Do it through the game. And you cant with madden as far as i know.

Could you explain what you mean by uploading my saves to the cloud? I appreciate the help guys!
