Question: is there a way to set who I want on my special teams packages? Some of my starters have been appearing on special teams and its dumb.


Concern: though I'm having fun with the game, the computer still does dumb things with roster management and the depth chart.

First off, I was playing a preseason game and I happened to injure 2 quarterbacks on the Bucs. They had 4 total qb's on their roster but instead of putting in their 3rd string QB, they put in the KICKER. What is that all about?

Second, the Titans just released Bishop Sankey right before week 1 of the regular season.

Why can't the CPU be life like!?

No, you cannot set your special teams positions. It should be pulling from lower in your depth chart though.

The reason a kicker comes in is likely because the depth chart for the Bucs was only set for 2 QBs. It's a good idea to check all depth charts for teams before starting.

Good players are getting released because they technically don't fit the scheme of the team. It's definitely causing some weirdness.
