Forced to have a turnover the first offensive series of the game

Is just me that have this bug that the computer forces me to have a turnover (fumble or interception) the first series of the game in franchise mode?
Finding it very frustrating.

It must just be bad luck. Or user error. I have had turnovers, but never on the opening series. Now, three and outs? I've had plenty of those!!!

Problem is that its every game. Thankfully the last game I just played I didn't have a turnover on my first offensive series, but I am seeing a trend.
