Resigning Players, WTH am I doing wrong?

I tweeted rex yesterday and he said "this is fixed in patch" and i had 40% success last season rather than 0% without any traits. I was just going to get traits and give it a shot this season (my cfm is in the 3rd week of preseason)

i assume you mean in the upcoming patch #3? or did he mean it was in patch #2?

if the former i have no doubt it wont work except on new franchises just like patch #2. next question why cant you start a franchise with existing injuries as at the start of the season, as the rosters were at the start of the season and not sim thru preseason to get there? i dont think i can check what the roster contains if you pick the non 75 man roster.
