I agree with Saybur, I've had cases where I'll get 3-4 pages of "Develop Promising WR" or "Develop Promising CB" which eat up those 30 options, and not got the option for the position I want to develop. Sometimes (maybe 25% of the time) I don't even get the Scrimmage option to use up my remaining XP.

Depends on the player.
I can say that I usually focus on ratings before I move on to traits.

The scrimmage seems to only be available in pre-season, which I guess makes sense. The other problem tho is definitely driving me crazy. We should be able to develop any player/position group that we want.

So many little things in CFM are aggravating me the further into it I get. ><
