That is the Revo 360 Helmet and while the helmet is in yes they realize the facemasks are not.

They're about to get way behind on the basic equipment again, are they even considering updating it in future games?

and since we're talking about it, the Revolution helmets/masks look terrible and very disproportionate to the player heads.. I'm really glad they chose the Peyton Manning mask for 90% of the rookies
