CFM Coaching XP online leagues

Is it just me or does your coaching XP accululate at a snails pace this year Im 4-1 in my online CFM and my coach has like 1750 xp ath this pace might be able to buy one package by seasons end...am I missing something?

there are season and milestone goal which yield xp aswell.. i think its a pretty decent speed.. usually by year 1 one you can buy the "package discount", "double scout points" and 1-2 other traits.. depending how well you do ..

Ahhh was used to last years system..but it was wayyy too much guess they really scaled it back
