Best sliders out there?

Finally got my copy of madden. For anyone out there who have tried multiple sliders. Which sliders do you think are the best and offer the most realistic stats. Also open to suggestions on best rosters and other settings. Thanks in advance.

I tried armour (spelling) sliders with 15 minute quarters, and the auto subs suggested and I also put the fatigue rating down ten of what armour states in his sliders, so I think I have the fatigue at 50. Everything finally worked beautifully for me, my first actual real fun game of madden. I played as the Raiders vs Dolphins and the stats and game play seemed on par for me. With fatigue at 50 I with the auto subs MJD didn't disappear in the 4th quarter like other games I have played. I also played the entire game in zoom mode and had me thinking if for some reason that affects gameplay.
