Wondering the same thing. Some weeks "develop promising rolb" isn't available for me so i cant train Mingo

Consistency (as far as we know) affects 2 areas -

1) Game Prep (higher CNS = receiving the higher end of the game prep range more often)
2) Confidence (higher CNS = less CNF lost when you lose, don't complete goals, etc.)

BCV helps you to hit the hole more cleanly and not get stuck on your linemen. You'll see your RB use his hands to keep from getting stuck. Definitely makes a big difference for user controlled RB from what I've seen.
