SINGLE TEAM CFM OR 32 TEAM CFM?

I personally start off with 3 teams. Myself (Bears) and then I create Bill Bellichick and Sean Peyton for realism.

After each season I create coaches from coordinators/college coaches/etc. to replace the generated coaches the game creates.

I'll also take over a team if they want to relocate or they just let a young star QB or something along those lines go.

Teams will actually trade with you if you have them on autopilot? In years past the teams that were on autopilot but still under your control always seemed to accept every trade

Anyone else have a problem playing games in 32 team control? When I try to play a game it just gets stuck at the loading game screen.

One problem I noticed with 32 team control with coaches, is if a coach is fired, he can't be re-hired by another team. Have you guys found a way around this? Or do you just accept that some coaches are out of the game after a year or two?

It's from doing manual Game Prep in the playoffs and then trying to play. Sim the week and NEVER do manual game prep during the playoffs.

I set coach firing to off and then "fire"/retire them when it needs to be done.
