Why do I keep dashboarding?

For the love of God can somebody answer this?

Like 5 out of my last 8 games (Online CFM) I'll be mid game then all of a sudden I'm at the dashboard and I have to completely start over. Not only is it extremely annoying to replay what I just played but you know how much grief I get from my friends because my restarts are so high .... ugh

This is very rare but I have heard of a few guys having the same issue lately. Hope they fix it bc its very annoying
