Online head to head won't work

As title says...the past two days I haven't been able to play any online matches on Xbox one. I've rest my router and Xbox one, along with signing out. Every time I get in a match my opponent is stuck on the Falcons on the team selection screen then within 6-10 seconds they disappear. I've tried going in lobbies, along with creating a match. Same result each time. Anyone else having this issue or is this a known issue?

I had this happen A LOT last year. Turns out it was an issue with my roster (and mainly the fact that I updated the depth chart). I think I had to delete my roster, download it again from EA, and then just make any changes in-game.
