Now I know sacks themselves are an issue..but is it me or are DE's really slow out of their stance out when lined up in 9 tech?

I noticed the same thing last night.

It doesn't happen out the Nascar package though. Just when you select wide 9.

I'm thinking the animation of the 4 point stance for some reason cause the player to not get any sort of jump..which kind of stinks cause this stance and when u line up in 9 tech is used to give the DE an advantage/angle to the outside shoulder of the OT..it used to get a speed rush which in affect isn't happening
