I've been looking around the forums for an official answer or at least EA addressing the sacks (some people have called it a qb trait issue and not a sack issue). Regardless I am wondering if EA has addressed or acknowledged the issue because I am still getting 6+ sacks per game and have found no success with custom sliders either...

If this issue remains unfixed I could not imagine a scenario where I am in line to purchase Madden 16...

But they say the next gen madden a.i. is 10x smarter. Then why won't they sense pressure and get rid of the ball? I seen them hold the ball for at least 10 seconds until they finally got sacked!!!!

Oh, they addressed it alright...they said they didnt see a problem with sacks. So, no, they will not be fixing it.

Not true, I have been playing All-Madden with PB and RB at 0 and still getting 6+ sacks, especially in the 4th qtr and in the redzone.

I do get 6 or so every once and a while. It's the best I've found, more often than not I only get 1-3 a game. But yea, sometimes on one drive I'll get 3 or 4.

Aren't you the guy who is playing on a 360 and post in the Next gen section as if everything from the last gen works on this gen.

huh?..... 6+ sacks a game for me too. if you are playing on ps3 anything you say is irrelevant. My advice is if you can live with it and enjoy the game just keep playing. If you cant then sell now while you can still recoup 50% of your cash, because EA has dug in on this issue and they will not be addressing it. What will be interesting is if it is back next year.

By EA logic it will definitely be in the game because they will not even look into it this cycle as it is not a problem in their eyes.

If it is fixed you know they were b.s. ing us this year to just avoid having to admit it was too screwed up to fix in a patch.

Half the problem is the default roster ratings/traits . . . who in their right mind creates an NFL starting quarterback to not throw the ball away when under pressure . . .?

It's like making "Do not swing at balls out of the zone when ahead in the count" a trait in a baseball game, then refusing it to give it to 10 of the 20 top hitters . . .

They could alleviate the sack issue today with a decent roster . . .

They said they didn't find trouble with the sack but really a person with an IQ of like 10 know it is a big issue. They just don't know how to fix it. The game came out in late augest so the game has been out for almost 3 months. If it was going to be fixed we would have heard something by now and I already traded the game in for $39 at best buy has the sacks is a game killer. I get 8-9 sacks a game on average on all pro and I tried everything people have talked about on hear like having grounding at 100 vs 0 RTP at 100 ect and nothing makes a difference at all.

After hours of tweaking different settings and suggestions that I have seen on here I have been normally getting 4-6 in games, with the occasional dip to 8 or 9. This doesn't bother me as much because I have a very good defense and the leader in the real NFL right now is averaging just under 4 a game. Ideally I would like to see it at 2-4 a game but I can live with 4-6.

I'm using Josh's slider set and I have noticed a big drop in the number of sacks the CPU takes. It has something to do with a combination of his penalty sliders, PB 0, and All-Madden setting. I'm playing on XBone. Give it a try and see what results you guys get.
