What is the best 4-3 Defense

I currently play as the Broncos and am looking for a good 4-3 base defense that has a lot of good blitzes and man to man coverage. Does anyone have any good recommendations?

You already have your answer. The Broncos playbook is very good for this.

On passing downs it will move the LE to DT and move LOLB to LE.

This is why you get 3/4 pass rushers on the field.
