Offline CFM crashing question

I am sure this has been discussed but I can't find anything on it. When I play offline CFM sometimes in the middle of the game it will crash and close the game. It makes like a studdering noise and poof Madden closes. When I restart and load the CFM again it has the option to delete or continue the game. When I click continue the game will never load. The only thing I can do is delete the game and start over. This has happened 3 times and I am in game 12 of my season.
This never happened to me when I played solo online CFM. Is this a known problem? Is there something causing this that can be fixed?

It happen like 4x if you edit the rosters something crashes ...

Yep same here, Crashes on my PS 4 when viewing/editing/scrolling rosters. This will happen especially if you do a few team player for player trades. I can usually see it coming when scrolling through depth charts they will get stuck, so I quickly hit save, then it crashes. Still hate it when it crashes out and restarts everything about every 3 days and I loose all my presets. And that damn Panthers vs Seahawks intro game. Who was the idiot that came up with the idea of forcing you to have to play a mini game in order to boot up the game for first time. Really pisses me off........

Thanks for the replies. I have done zero player edits and zero trades. It only does it to me in the middle of a game. I have now play 13 offline games and it has happened 3 times. Twice in the 1st quarter and once in the 4th quarter.
