Only via coach upgrade that doubles scouting points. This is usually the last upgrade I buy after the package discount, player progression and weekly xp upgrades.

In my 2041 franchise, by the time I maxed Lovie Smith out, he retired. I then hired a Level 3 coach with same sscheme and got him to Level 26 and he retired on me.

I now have another low level coach and it takes a lot of winning to earn the upgrade points. They are expensive, so I go with the discount upgrade 1st, then weekly xp, then individual game prep upgrade, then the double scouting points.

This^^^+ Depending your situation if you are considering a new franchise you might want to consider a franchise with a coach that already has some upgrades such as the Jags' Gus Bradley already has the scouting discount+ many player xp discounts. Either way, keep this in mind as you select a new franchise/hire a new coach.

To put it in rough, simple numbers, probably 10 wins before one can afford the upgrades that help the fastest.

I'd like to hear from one of you guys who've been reading/posting in this thread.

Have you found the Intangible strategy to be consistent?

I draft tomorrow and am currently considering taking a D intangible WR with great physical to test it. I will post the results of my draft round by round once completed.
