I want to start a franchise or Owner In madden 15 and was wondering how I can change the coach for my team. I want to put Rex Ryan on The Bills and possibly create Todd Bowles

i believe u would have to start your cfm as 2 owners then switch ryan to bills. then put bowles on jets... i've never done it but i have seen ppl post on here that u would have to be 2 owners to switch coaches.

I believe he is right as well. You would have to fire Ryan from Jets. I'm not sure you can create a coach though unless you plan to be the coach of the Jets.
