Captain Patches Dissapearing in CFM

I'm doing a 32 team offline CFM and playing as the Packers and I'm in Week 16 and just noticed no one wears captain patches in the entire league anymore. They just dissapeared. Even if you go into rosters and check the player profiles or whatever, there's no more captains. This sucks. Anyone else experience this?

The ability to make players captains hasn't been in franchise since madden 12 i believe. You would think that madden 15 would have it since the damn wii version from a few years back even had it...

Don't worry, every single rookie you draft will have the captain patch.

That glitch is still in the game? I thought they fixed it this year?

If it is in the game, it should have been fixed by now as it seems like a very simple thing to fix
