Re: Did offline CCM get fixed?
Progression is still really messed up. Regression is ridiculous. I haven't run into the owner mode problem with no funds other teams have but I also always keep a ton of cap room so i save money that way.
It's playable if you aren't interested in players over 31ish contributingThe Red Zone: Indianapolis ColtsSeason 1: 18-1 Super Bowl ChampionsSeason 2: 16-3 AFC ChampionsSeason 3: 16-3 Super Bowl ChampionsMinnesota VikingsSeason 4: Coming soon -

Re: Did offline CCM get fixed?
Computer doesn't seem to produce enough sacks, league leaders are always very low. Generally bad td to int ratios other than the elite guys. Running doesn't seem bad. Receiving stats seem fairly in line too. The biggest problem I've had is it seems to be random as to who produces in a given year.
I haven't done any crazy studying on the stats tho, just my gut feel from the league leaders and the little bit of stats I've gone throughThe Red Zone: Indianapolis ColtsSeason 1: 18-1 Super Bowl ChampionsSeason 2: 16-3 AFC ChampionsSeason 3: 16-3 Super Bowl ChampionsMinnesota VikingsSeason 4: Coming soonComment

Re: Did offline CCM get fixed?
I feel like people have all but given up on EA these days. The SIM sack statistics make it downright pointless to care about building a defensive line or whether you run a 4-3 or 3-4 because it's all window dressing for the fact that EA can't code a decent or editable SIM engine. The league leaders in sacks and TFL's are hideously low. Online CFM doesn't even fix this. It's pathetic.Comment

Re: Did offline CCM get fixed?
I've had pretty much the opposite problem. The CPU sim'd stats are usually in line (mid teens) but I always have multiple 20+ sack players on my team. I've even reached 30 with Marcel Dareus one year. And all this is playing with CPU blocking slider way up. From what I've observed CPU QB's hold onto the ball too long. QB accuracy is up in my league but sacks are also up, so QBs aren't throwing the ball away when they should be, they just hold onto it and eat a sack.
He was only talking about sack figures from the sim engineComment

Re: Did offline CCM get fixed?
I loved the game but no matter what I tried offline franchise got wonky. Will never play online so that wasn't an option.
Hated to trade it in but had to,Got $27.50 from GS today.Playstation Network:That70s_Gamer

Obviously they are different if you are playing against other people in an online CFM, but for single player there is no difference.Comment

Re: Did offline CCM get fixed?
...Previous comment notwithstanding, I hear of WRs dropping 20 speed in an offseason when they turn 31, and unrealistic crap like that... I don't think there is any problem with PROgression, but the REgression algorithm seems too harsh. Basically sounds like you shouldn't expect anyone to be remotely fast after they turn 31.Cow. Re: Did offline CCM get fixed?
Given their track record, there will probably be the same issues in whatever they call the game when we hit 2025.The sim stats have gone from bad to worse for around 10 years now.Things were at least tolerable though before CCM.Comment
