I need help, it can't be custom (online league). I like to use man and zone, I have two great mlb's in bowman and Willis and a solid secondary that can play both man and zone very well. What's the best 3-4 non custom playbook?

I've played with lots of 34 teams and KC's playbook is a favorite of mine.
Of course, Rex's playbook is cool, but I like KC, so give them a look.
I tend to prefer books that have the bear and predator fronts.Comment

It's whatever playbook you like to use. Like Richie71 said, there is no best playbook. You got everyone telling you something different, you need to figure it out for yourself.Comment

To help you make your determination, I'd also say that you should choose on the basis of personnel.
There are two types of 34 books: the straight 34 and the hybrid ones.
The straight 34 books are good if you have two guys whom you're comfortable using as rush specialists on the outside.
The hybrid ones like BAL's seem best to me if you have one guy who clearly needs to be rushing all the time (and is bad in zone and man) and one guy who's more versatile. Because the formation that looks like a straight 43 in the BAL book (and others) puts one guy as a DE and the other as a 43 OLB.
So if you have two thoroughbred rushers, eliminate the hybrid books from consideration that have the formation I'm describing in the BAL book, but if you don't, consider a hybrid team's book instead.Comment

Which is kind of odd when Baltimore has two thoroughbred rushers. To help you make your determination, I'd also say that you should choose on the basis of personnel.

Defensive plays need an overhaul. I would do a happy dance if custom plays return.Comment
