How to make computer use custom play books (PS4)
With 2 controllers and 2 psn accounts, I somehow got the custom play books working for the computer in CFM. It took a few hours to get right, but was finally able to do it. For starters you definitely need 2 controllers and 2 psn accounts. Then you need to use one account that you would use for yourself. The other account would be used for the cpu play books. Here is the kicker. You have to download those play books from that account. You can't download and use play books for yourself and the computer with one account. Has to be from two separate ones. Okay everybody still with me. What you do now is for each account you go to your profile and select which play books you want to use. You will be switching between the two. This is done outside of CFM. Here's an example. One of my profiles, the one I will play with I'll set the playbooks to what I want. I'll then switch to the other account by using the second controller. You'll get a screen where it allows you to pick the active controller. Then with that second controller/profile you go to that profile screen and pick your play books. You must change them to each opponent you are going to play. Example. I play as the 49ers and playing against the Cowboys followed by the Bears. When I play the Cowboys I use that second profile to pick the playbook I downloaded from the community. When I play the Bears, I go to the profile screen and change to what their playbook I want them to be. So you have to do this for each opponent. Again, this is done outside of CFM in your settings. Then when you load your CFM the playbooks that you chose outside the CFM will be the default when you play them in your CFM. A confusing and tedious process if you have the patience and have multiple controllers and accounts but well worth it if you want to make the game more authentic.
