Online franchise question

My buddy and I just started our 2nd season online. Does anybody know a way to have access to a teams roster. Meaning control a computer team to fix their roster etc

I do not believe you can manage another team's roster unless you have a third party log in and take control of the team you wanna change. If there is another way to accomplish this...Id like to know as well. Otherwise you have to 'retire' and create/assume another coach/owner to fix the other team...then retire again and reclaim your original team. Usually to the detriment of your team's confidence.

on XBone you can just create another gamertag and use that to join the franchise and fix everything

So i am on ps3. Can i create/add another user invite it and pick lets say the bills. play ad doug marrone do whatever moves i want to do and then resign as coach but keep marrone?

Does anyone else have an issue where you arent able to create your own post>? I get a message saying my settings are enable and to contact admin. But I can't figure out how to do that either. Sorry for jacking this post

Do you mean creating your own thread? You have to have enough posts and been around long enough (I presume you have the latter but not the former).

Thanks, I did not realize I need to have a certain number of post before being able to make my own thread.
