It wont let me. I went to roster adjustment and it only allows me to move him to SS, FS, LB, DT, DE, TE, G, T, C, WR, FB and HB.

Move him to receiver and then he can be moved to qb

I am in the offseason, so I should go to roster adjustment, move him to Wide out. When can he be moved at QB? depth chart?

in roster adjustment you should be able to move him to wr, back out then go back and move him from wr to qb. dont expect him to be much better than mid 50s OVR though
