Online CFM Progressing A Coach/Players

So in my online franchise I have the coach xp package for example my WRs, when I go into game prep it says the range I can earn xp is about 300-2000xp, but even with a superstar dev with high consistency and the coach pàckage it only lets me get about 1300xp max per 8 hours. How do I get to 2000xp? And also how do I get 300scouting points per week like Harbaugh, because even with double scouting I can only get up to 180per week.

Not sure, it is pretty strange. I'm not completely sure, but it looks like some traits are better than others. For example, i have harbaugh, and when I develop my safeties, it gives a lot more points than when i develop my WRs (he has the dev trait for both positions). And this is even considering that my WR is quick dev & my S is normal dev.

So, my hypothesis is that you can, for example, have the WR trait (we'll call this trait "Yes") but the game secretly has different levels of that trait beyond simply having it ("Yes+"). So Harbaugh might have the normal WR trait ("Yes", but not Yes+), but have a "Yes+" S trait. And the "Yes+" traits are hidden & only available to some existing coaches.

It's based on your coach's level. Higher level coaches get more XP for their players and more scouting points, but their packages cost more.
