I'm playing in my connected franchise as a coach and I was curious as to wether or not you can change teams. Like sign a new contract?

Not 100% sure but you may have to be offered a new job. I was forced to retire after 3 seasons in JAX. Just created a new character and continued on as JAX's new coach.

You have to have "coach firing" on in the menu options if you want to have your exact character coach another team.

If you want to switch teams mid-franchise, though, I think you can just "retire" and then "create new character" and hop in as the coach of any other team besides your former team.
