Does any know if we can change any teams defense scheme? Example a team changing from a 4-3 scheme to a 3-4?

sure u can. if u want to change ur teams scheme, just go into "team roadmap"(where you find "free agents" and u want to go all the way to the right, to "schemes". There u can change: Off/Def Playbook, Off/Def Scheme, and Individual player types for each position... but, it can affect their OVR rating and it effects their progression....
