A video of gameplay is a video of gameplay, and even the most doctored of videos of Madden have failed to hide things we're sure they'd probably rather people not notice. If they say to me "We now have the best o-line AI ever made" (something Clint Oldenburg actually said on Twitter once), and then I see gameplay videos of the line moving and reacting like the plastic figures in those old electric football games, I can then see a difference between what they said about the product, and what the actual product is.

That issue falls on the developers.

You're trying to redefine what I'm saying based on your own criteria rather than letting what I said stand on its own. In other words, you're reaching.
Nah, your example actually is the same as my example. Ill make it simple:

- They said QBs would be inaccurate in Madden 15
- They showed videos of QBs being inaccurate in Madden 15.

- QBs werent inaccurate in the retail version of Madden 15.

Its not a reach. Its pretty simple. I'll let it go though because this is getting off topic.

Not the same. His example would be:

- They said the O-line blocked intelligently

- They showed video of the o-line blocking unintelligently.

- The o-line blocked unintelligently in the retail version

That's what he said and he was awfully clear...

I must be doing something different than morst people because I see at least 3-4 inaccurate passes a game per team. There still could be more though, but to say it doesn't happen is just not true.

JP, this is going a bit OT, but I'm not a fan of a bottom tier starting QB or a backup going 18 of 22 and that happens more than not.

I agree, but, I played against Pit today and Ben was 14/32 and threw probably 8 inaccurate passes.

I saw much of the exchanges on Clint's twitter. Almost feel bad for the guy being basically the only Madden who responds to the community. All the rage is funneled towards him even though it is usually not his department.

I believe you that you may be seeing poor CPU QB play, because I remember numerous GameChangers on multiple sites last year noticing the CPU QB's throwing a realistic amount of inaccurate passes, but once the retail game dropped the QB accuracy was similar to the Madden's before it. Hearing you say this gives me hope that they are trying to address it again, and hopefully it stays that way.

This screen is nice. Just them tracking the ball and Sam Shields body position alone seems like a game changer when it comes to passing the ball.
