I don't believe they got to that this year
Yeah some of the guys were having a hard time getting sacks, although I got 4 in one game with Suh lol. It could be because that was against Matt Cassell I'm not sure. Overall I would say there were less sacks than I would normally see in 15. They do tend to get rid of the ball quicker once they sense pressure or if you get a hit in.

Will CPU QB's throw the ball out of bounds or away if being pressured instead of taking a sack?

Yes and speaking of which that reminds me of one time I saw a QB throw out of bounds and the WR flew out onto the sidelines to try to catch it, he went a little too far, but it still looked pretty cool.

For the last 3 years I can't remember ever seeing a CPU DT shoot a gap on a running play and get a TFL. Guards always blocked too well and inside running plays have been borderline money plays against the CPU. Double team blocks absolutely destroyed everyone including elite DTs. How has this been improved? In the past Clint never saw a problem but I had a huge problem with it.

How was the play the receiver feature? Does it automatically battle with the receiver when the ball is in the air?

With new gang tackling added into the game, was the physic removed. Is it straight canned animation or physic still part of the equation?

It's physics based, weight & momentum will matter. You will see 2-3 guys try to take down a HB and he can use his weight & momentum to break out of it, or sometimes the defenders will take him down, it's based on weight & momentum though. Physics are much cleaner now.

That's really nice to hear, how about WR/DB or LB interaction in the air. Since it's canned animation ( I believe EA said 400+ animations), did you see certain ones repeat alot?
