Coaching Changes in Madden 16

I've searched the threads and can't find an answer. Does anyone know if we will have a pool of realistic coaches to choose from in CFM this year?


Last year, the only available coaches were completely fake or fired coaches from another team. I think Madden 10 had all the coordinators available to promote to HC. This is not a huge issue, however, I like to rebuild a team in CFM every year, and that usually starts with hiring a new HC.

rom the looks of it, we'll be waiting at least another year for this. It's just another in a long line of things left out when they made the switch from Franchise mode to CFM. To me, it's one of the bigger ones too. I controlled all 32 teams and liked being able to hire the best coordinators as head coaches and see how they fared.

It coordinators will be added back in cfm in madden 19 and they'll pretend it's a amazing brand new feature because u know we're dumb

I'd be happy if cpu teams changed schemes and plsybooks when they got new coaches but I doubt they got to it this year, seems the focus was gameplay and draft champions
