Animations are so awkward. Please Tiburon really attack this next year. I can't stand how this game moves.

I had the same thought, I had to watch it a couple of times. Problem is a madden 15 problem which is, that catch is all animation driven. The DB tries to to a twisting, turning catch rather than just attacking the ball, while Evans' animations make the catch look awkward.

Definitely looked awkward, but playing Maddenball so long it's normal to me now.

Rex said himself he wants people to play football not Madden, it needs to look like football not Madden too, they did redo some of the animations this year, but yeah still lots of work to be done. Give all 22 players True Step and we will be a lot better off.

Same here! Game looks awesome in still shots but once it starts moving everything goes to ****. When they get the animations/interactions to at least APF's level that's when I could see myself being moved pre-order the game.

Don't get all the criticism on this little clip.. Obviously it's sped up which makes it look ugly.. The same exact rollout was in an earlier e3 video wii Eli Manning that looked a little better. At slower speeds, that catch looks really good to me.

I just disagree. It wasn't about the speed for me, it just looked awkward and very scripted. It's just the way Madden has looked this past decade. Hope some day they can remedy this.

To be fair, there are some animations I haven't seen in any videos from E3 that blew me away, hopefully you guys see them soon. Some really nice WR/DB animations better than any I've seen in any football game to date. The whole game needs to get to that level, but they're still very impressive. The Haden punch out that led to a INT is the only thing close to it I've seen but even it wasn't as good as the things I saw in person.
