I just dont get why there isnt a setting like on nba 2k. Where you can increase or decrease the quality of prospects.

Because this is Madden and they have a different design perspective than 2K sports has.

I get that and understand that. Just wish they would take the same strides they took when there was competition in the market. Those where the days. Hopefully with Kobe now apart of EA they will turn around the CFM. Worst thing ever to happen to gaming was MUT

Competition doesn't always equate to great improvements and a better game, that is a myth people cling to. Competition didn't help games like NHL 2k and MLB 2k or NBA Live for many years. To be honest Madden has never really had true competition, they have always been the most dominant football video game. 2k was a great game but it was never a serious competitor to the Madden throne, it took a $20 price cut to even come close to the sales of Madden. Innovation comes from great designers not competition.

Tweaking this stuff should absolutely be editable. It wouldn't surprise me in the least if the draft classes don't remotely resemble the framework of the stock rosters. I hope I'm wrong, but I wouldn't be surprised at all if there are several rookie QBs with higher than 80 TAD (which Rodgers has a game high 80 in per the blog), if the athleticism doesn't resemble the real rosters, and if the specialists are all awful again.

This could be the answer for 100 different questions, and seems to be the hardest thing for many gamers to understand.

Just as important is having a managerial hierarchy both in the development team and the publishing team that allow the freedom for things to be implemented that aren't necessarily highly marketable, a boost for the metacritic reviews, or an extra revenue generator.

Do this today: Instead of $%*#!@& on a game you're not going to play or movie you're not going to watch, say something good about a piece of media you're excited about.

Do the same thing tomorrow. And the next. Now do it forever.

There is things Madden does that 2K fans wish their game did and vice versa. There are things COD does that Battlefield doesn't. Every game has its own direction and design. And just because it works in 2K doesn't mean it would work in Madden.

And this is the second thing a lot of gamers dont understand lol.

I would pay $100 for this.

Maybe more.
