Question for CFM owners: Created coaches, or current?

My sim league is discussing if we want to mandate using all created coaches in Madden 16 CFM to create a more level playing field in regards to coaching EXP, packages, legacy, etc.

In the past we've only banned using legends and players.

How do you CFM owners feel about created coaches vs current coaches or owners?

I always create my own coach so it adds to the challenge and evens the playing fields. Because if someone chooses let's say the packers. Mccarthy already has a whole bunch of skills unlocked which makes it easier for his players to progress. And that person who chooses a team like the Falcons with a new head coach will have a harder time scouting, and progressing players

Created coaches all the way. Starting off any other way pits players at an unfair disadvantage

In our CFM we posed the same question. Created coaches makes it an even playing field from the beginning.
