Madden 15 Franchise Question

So I started a franchise with rosters that have been updated for the start of this upcoming season. Let's use Patrick Willis and Justin Smith for example...

When I look at the free agent roster before starting the Franchise mode, they are nowhere to be found since they are retired. That perfect, they retired, they should be nowhere to be found. But whenever I start a franchise, they are always thrown in the free agent list so naturally, they get signed.

Is this the "retired player wanting to play again" feature? It's not a big deal, but Willis signed with the Seahawks with moved Wagner to the bench. Kinda crazy to have two 90+ MLB when you play 4-3.

Hmmmmm I'll have to update my roster. Is this update for the 360?

Madden 15 last gen, but the last gen thread isn't moving at all.

Yeah I think because the new one is coming next week. But if I remember right there are websites were you can download the 16 roster.
