Forgotten penalties missing in Madden and possibly Madden 16

[Facts]

Ineligible Man Downfield - People who throw to the drag during those screens are committing the penalty. If the lineman were to cross the LOS, you can't throw past the LOS.

Illegal Formation - In the SF playbook, the play TE Wham only has 5 guys on the LOS. You must have 7.

Intentional Grounding - I've seen the CPU in M16 throw the ball away while still in the pocket and no one in the vicinity of the pass. That's a penalty unless you get outside the Tackle Box. It should also be a penalty if you scramble and throw in out of bounds but the ball doesn't pass the LOS. That doesn't get called either.

Clipping - You have a straight path to make the tackle and some guy comes up from behind and sucks you into an animation.

I've seen clipping in Madden. Maybe not made 15 I guess. I strongly recall clipping happening on kick returns ALOT.

Penalties have been so poorly implemented in the past, that it is almost laughable. I'm optimistic that it is at least somewhat realistic this year.
