Madden 16: What happened to the pocket?
From almost every Madden 16 video I've seen there has been a clear decline in what was developed the last couple of years, the QB pocket. DEs are not rushing up field enough to form a pocket. They are being stopped at the line of scrimmage (LOE) and the offensive tackles are engaging the DEs parallel to the LOE instead at an angle. Due to this problem, there has been absolutely no contain from the DEs when it comes to QB scrambles. I also remember EA devs talking about they made it harder for defensive lineman to disengage their blocks which is exacerbating the issue.
I've also noticed a lack of pressure from good D-lineman vs avg O-lineman or even any real four man pressure period.
Unless something is changed or if sliders won't work this is going to a huge issue in Draft champions, MUT or anywhere you have User vs User.
Has anyone see this as a BIG problem like I have?
